Mark Flora, L.S.
Mark Flora started with Fagan in 2009 and has over 25 years of experience in the land surveying industry. As a New York State Professional Land Surveyor, Mr. Flora has extensive knowledge of new technology and techniques that provide timely and accurate survey services. He attended Alfred State College for Land Surveying Engineering Technology and has provided management and leadership for a wide variety of projects with an emphasis on land development and commercial projects. His expertise includes boundary, topographic, construction layout, as-built/record surveys, GPS control surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, as well as drone surveying and aerial photogrammetry.
Born and raised in Chemung County, New York, Mark is an avid hunter and angler, but he spends the majority of his free time with his wife and two boys in the outdoors and playing and coaching sports.
