Fagan Engineers (FE) has assisted with the Town of Southport’s efforts to continuously expand and improve sanitary sewer capacities within the Town. FE has been instrumental in developing
and continuing to update the Town’s Sewer Master Plan. Since 2000, FE has designed and managed the construction of 12 major sewer projects in the Town, representing a construction value over $10M. Equally important, FE, along with the Town, applied for and received a combination of grants and interest-free loans to finance the projects from eight different state and federal funding agencies. The total funding equals approximately 80% of the project value.
