RC Holmes
RC Holmes is the Director of Construction Services at Fagan Engineers and Land Surveyors, P.C. He started with Fagan in 1998, worked at Chemung County Sewer Districts in 2019, and returned to Fagan in 2022. Mr. Holmes has over 25 years of experience in the civil and environmental engineering fields. He has provided management and instruction on a wide range of projects focusing on municipal and commercial infrastructure and utilities. Mr. Holmes was born and raised in Elmira, New York and currently resides in Watkins Glen, New York with his beautiful wife and two sons. Outside of work, RC spends his time coaching football and baseball for the local high school, Schuyler Storm, and coaching travel baseball for the Seneca Allstars.
